Eight operating and display devices are available
to the user in the b maXX HMI and b maXX IPC product
ranges, from text-oriented control terminals to
TFT touch panels and entire IPCs.
The new b maXX HMI and IPC range has been specially
designed for special automation requirements.
The range covers control and display equipment
requirements from the b maXX HMI 10 text-oriented
terminal to Touch TFTs such as the b maXX HMI
60T and the b maXX IPC 15 industrial PC. Baumuller
operating and display tools allow the machine
to be adapted to any production process.

The b maXX IPC product range consists of
two complete industrial computers that are
ideally suitable for programming with PROPROGwt
II
or for controlling in combination with the
b maXX-softPLC PLC.
The user can choose between the compact
version with a 10.4” screen or a large 15”
display.

Industrially compatible, powerful
and compact
The IPC system is a computer-aided, compact
and powerful HMI for harsh industrial requirements.
The compact design takes into consideration
the cramped space situation when the system
is being integrated into a machine, system
or switch cabinet. The industrially compatible,
standardized b maXX IPC meets all requirements
with regard to shock, vibration, temperature
conditions and EMC conditions in an industrial
environment.
Fast SlotCPU with automation interfaces
The new half-size SlotCPU, which is the
heart of the b maXX IPC, is impressive because
of its compact dimensions (half-size, 175
x 122) and its tremendous data processing
speed. Three serial interfaces and plug-in
interface converters allow a large number
of connections to be made, particularly
in the machinery area.
The IPC is optionally available with an
integrated CANopen interface. The CANopen
module fits directly onto the backplane
and is therefore a solution that saves both
money and space.
Baumuller guarantees long-term availability
of the b maXX IPC for up to five years with
full system responsibility and also gives
a ten year system compatibility guarantee.
